Shipping time

Shipping usually takes at least 1 to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) and depends on the delivery location. Your order will be delivered up to 2 times (in case the first delivery is unsuccessful, a staff member will contact you to arrange a second delivery schedule with you).

We will try to get back to you in the next 2 working days (via text message or direct call), in case we still can’t get back to you or don’t receive any response from you. item will no longer be valid.

If after 2 unsuccessful deliveries, your order will be kept at Thinh Vuong JSC express delivery in the next 2 working days for you to pick up – the shipping fee in this case will not be paid. deducted from the payment value of the order.

Past the above time, the order will be stored at the company, customers can visit the headquarters of  Thinh Vuong JSC  to receive the goods.

To check your order information or status, please use the Order Number sent in your confirmation letter and check with Customer Care.

Delivery fee

Delivery fee is applied at the rate of the courier company (this fee will be specified in the contract of the payer).
